Mödling sits on the southern edge of Vienna and is one of the economically densest districts in Lower Austria. Alongside the district capital of roughly 21,000 inhabitants sit municipalities like Wiener Neudorf, Guntramsdorf, Brunn am Gebirge and Perchtoldsdorf – with business parks, retail and manufacturing in immediate proximity.
We are Numix Studio, an agency for branding, web design and SEO based in Wiener Neustadt. Mödling is about thirty minutes away.
What defines this location: proximity to Vienna
Few districts are shaped as strongly by closeness to the capital. That cuts both ways. Economically it is an advantage: purchasing power, accessibility, a large catchment. For search visibility it is a complication, because many queries from the district also surface Vienna providers – often with older domains and more reviews.
The strategy follows from that. Where a search is location-bound, we work consistently on local signals. Where it is not, you do not win on the place name but on specialisation. A page that explains one specific service for one specific situation better than anyone else will rank against larger competitors too.
What we typically work on here
For manufacturers and suppliers in the business parks there is usually a double goal: winning customers and finding staff. Both need the same foundation – a site that shows technical competence without turning into a manual, and that works on a phone as well as at a desk.
In retail and hospitality the last step decides: how fast does someone find opening hours, directions, range, contact? We keep those paths short instead of hiding them behind menu levels.
For consultancies and law firms the lever is almost always positioning. Writing what twenty others within a few kilometres also write leaves only price to compete on.
What we actually do
- clarify positioning and structure before anything is designed
- build a site that is technically sound and passes Google's Core Web Vitals
- set up the Google Business Profile in full, including a strategy for reviews
- unify company data across directories
- add structured data with address, coordinates and opening hours
- build content that stays citable in AI Overviews
Working together
Fixed contacts, clear stages, a project board showing the current state and a fixed quote before the project starts. Most websites go live in six to ten weeks; the pace depends mainly on how quickly content and feedback arrive.
After launch we take on maintenance and ongoing optimisation if you want it – or hand over documented well enough for your team to continue alone.
The next step
Write to us briefly through the contact page. You will get an honest assessment within a few days of what makes sense. Examples of our work are in the projects. We are also regularly in Baden, Vienna and St. Pölten.
